Reliability
1, Cummins Engine:

2, Fast Gearbox

Assembly synchronizer transmission with Eaton technology， the gears can be shifted from 9 to 12. The design of combination of main and auxiliary tanks and pairs of the intermediate shaft structure ensure small size, light weight, high transmission efficiency and strong carrying capacity; The full synchronizer guarantees light and flexible gear. In addition, it has the advantages of reasonable arrangement of gears, small speed ratio range, and flexible and smooth gear shifting.
3, Cab
The cab possesses leading streamline modeling and low wind drag design which greatly reduce power loss caused by wind resistance and reduce fuel consumption.
Cab adopts anti-collision 4-point full-floating technology and high-strength steel plate for strong energy absorption, buffering performance and high deformation resistance. In the case of crash, the whole assembly will move backward by 200mm and this will greatly improve safety performance in traffic collision. The cab meets requirements of EN safety standards.
Safety
The vehicle adopts combination lamps, which are of simple structure and elegant in design, meeting the requirements of the latest European technical regulations.
Rearview mirrors are more ergonomically designed according to EU Standards, expanding the driver's field of vision all around and greatly improving the driving safety. The newly designed rearview mirrors are foldable, forward by 50° and rearward by 30°, improving the vehicle’s trafficability on narrow roads. The left and right rearview mirrors are basically the same.
Rearview mirrors compliance with the latest European technical regulations are adopted and down vision mirrors are added, ensuring more safe driving.
High Bearing Ability
The advanced technology is used to optimize the match to the chassis, increasing transmission efficiency by 5% than the traditional heavy truck and saving 5 to 8% of fuel every 100 km.
Hub reduction gear: 13-t double reduction axle, punching welding, forged axle housing provide the vehicle with super strong overloading capacity; Large ground clearance provides the vehicle with strong adaptability to complicated road conditions; Oil lubrication for the vehicle is maintenance-free.
Differential Locks：Axles are equipped with inter-axle differential locks, inter-wheel differential lock and steering differential locks for mandatory bearing locking and this is applicable to muddy road.
Frame of high load-bearing capacity: The frame is integrally punched and formed from high-strength alloy steel and its inner and outer members are tightly fitted, which is of high distortion resistance.
Large Fuel Tank Capacity: The 600L of fuel tank capacity that ensures a long cruising range can meet the demand of at least 2000 km of continuous driving.
