Application
PHOSPHITE ANTIOXIDANT HONOX-DPD is a specialty diphosphite which is useful as a secondary stabilizer. It is a new environmental friendly phosphite antioxidant which doesn’t contain phenol, nonylphenol, bisphenol A, BHT and other harmful substances. Good transparency, non-toxic, pollution-free, it can effectively replace TPP, TNPP, PDOP etc.
The ability of decomposing hydrogen peroxide is strong and it has better initial coloring, transparency and high temperature resistance than the ordinary phosphite antioxidants.
It can be used for food contact packaging materials instead of antioxidants TPP, TNPP, PDOP, 1500 and so on.
It has excellent thermal stability and color stability. It can be used in the product processing as chelating agent and stabilizer. It can effectively inhibit the aging of the products and maintain the transparency of products.
It has good hydrolysis resistance stability. The synergistic effect can be achieved with the use of hindered phenolic antioxidants and UV absorbers.
It can be widely used in PVC, PE, PP, PS, polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS and other polymer materials after compounding with hindered phenolic antioxidants.info at hhochem com
