Flood Discharge Dredge Hose

Dredge hose can be used for suction and discharge of seawater, silt and sand for its excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is also used for port and dock construction and maintenance. Besides, it is also used for flood discharge for its customized hose diameter, tube thickness and length. This is the so-called flood discharge dredge hose.

Flood discharge dredge hose is very flexible, and it is easy to install and remove thanks to the unique flange structure. It has excellent stability and it can reduce the vibration caused by stormy wave due to its reinforcement. What's more, the reinforcement makes the flood discharge dredge hose resistant to kink. Besides, it has good rigidity because of its reinforcement, so it is not easily bent. The problems of inner tube protrusion and vortex flow can avoid properly.

Flood discharge dredge hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from the mixture of natural and synthetic rubber, making flood discharge dredge hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion. The reinforcement is made from spring helix steel wire with multiple layers of high quality synthetic fabrics, making flood discharge dredge hose resistant to kink and have excellent stability and rigidity. The cover is made from super high quality SBR or neoprene, making flood discharge dredge hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, sunlight and aging.
