CT is one of the leading suppliers of X1 and X2 safety capacitors and other type of polyester (polypropylene) capacitors. The features of capacitor include suppressing the noise from power source, electromagnetic interference (EMI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), to protect switch contact (spark elimination), antenna coupling and power line bypass etc.
CT has established a affiliated company, Sheng Chang Technology Co., Ltd. in August 2002. It dedicates to create new types of capacitors, which meet the customers’ specific needs.
We have a lot of certifications of X1 and X2 Capacitors such as UL, CUL, ENEC, CQC, EK Mark and so on. Their voltage rates, 310V，330V，350V，380VAC etc, satisfy all kinds of products. Among of them, our 350VAC capacitors were awarded the first ENEC certification in the world issued by USA UL. CT’s lead technology was obvious to everyone from the fact that Mr. Milan Dotlich, the UL Global Engineering director, represents UL to come to CT, Taiwan holding an awards ceremony in November 2013.
Our new product of X1+Y2 class capacitor is with a form of a composite polyester (polypropylene) film, which was awarded a patent, by Taiwan ROC. This type of capacitor has a great advantage of low-loss factor comparing to the Y capacitor using ceramic material.
In order to service our client in Mainland China, we set up ShengTung Electronic Co., Ltd (at Shenzhen City) in March 2003. ShengTung Electronic is the staple of class “X1+X2 Capacitor and other type of polyester (polypropylene) capacitors.
