This is a kind of rapid hardening cement-based mortar which can self-level with auxiliary spreading after adding water into a mixture which takes white crack resistance fast setting rapid hardening high belite sulphate aluminum cement as base material and includes accurately premixed dry-mixed material with many kinds of additives such as high-molecular polymer, water reducing agent, set-controlling admixture and defoaming agent and reasonable gradation of dry sand. So it is called rapid hardening cement-based self-leveling mortar for ground use.

Used for making cement-based self-leveling mortar facing on the concrete surface and it can be used both indoor and outdoor;
Color cement-bases mortar art floors;
Reinforcement and repairing of the whole or partial concrete surface
Reinforcement and strengthening of the concrete structure;
Repair the bubbles, sand rising, honeycombs, pitting surface, cracks and holes on the surface of the concrete.

Performance characteristics
The dimensional change rate is low, which controls generation of cracks fundamentally: the free shrinkage rate of the adopted white crack resistance double-fast high belite sulphate aluminum cement is just 1/10~1/8 of that of the Portland cement, the dimensional change rate of mortar is -0.06%~ + 0.10%, the age of base concrete is very long, the aggregate size is big and the dimensional change rate is small, and under the condition of the same deformation rate, the good combination of both can effectively prevent the occurrence of cracking and empty drum;
Have higher tensile bonding strength; the tensile bonding strength is 1.8Mpa, which can firmly combine the repair mortar with concrete base to bear the load together; have the plastic expansion function and the micro expansion function after hardening, and the mortar is dense and have functions of anti-permeability and frost resistance;
The extremely strong corrosion resistance of the adopted white crack resistance double-fast high belite sulphate aluminum cement gives the repair mortar the same function;
The cement-based self-leveling mortar traditionally adopts the ternary system compounded with Portland cement, aluminate cement and gypsum as the cementing material, so its formula is complicated, mixing work is great and the dimensional change rate is hard to control during the production. This product uses the white crack resistance double-fast high belite sulphate aluminum cement to replace the ternary system directly and the dimensional change rate of the cement is strictly controlled as per the indexes before leaving the factory, which simplifies the formula, lowers the cost and ensures the quality of self-leveling mortar.
Early strength and high strength: 4h compressive strength ≥10.0MPa, so the personnel can step on it to perform the next step of construction work, which may greatly improve the construction efficiency; 28d comprehensive strength ≥40.0MPa.
