The
super thin 115 cutting disc has low strength and is susceptible to temperature, humidity, vibration, collision, extrusion and storage time. It is important to properly store the grinding wheel to prevent accidents when using the cutting piece. To this end, the following points should be achieved when the grinding wheel of the cutting piece is prepared:
1. The grinding wheel should be stored on a dedicated storage rack.
2. The grinding wheel should be stored as much as possible to prevent cracks from impact and vibration. The grinding wheel is brittle and should not be hit, dropped or collided.
3. Store the rubber bond grinding wheel and be careful not to touch the oil; do not touch the alkali solution with the resin bond grinding wheel. Ceramic abrasives should not be placed in wet or frozen areas, otherwise the strength and grinding force of the tools will be reduced.
Resin and rubber bond grinding wheel should be sandwiched between two smooth and flat metal plates. The metal plate should be larger than the diameter of the grinding wheel. Do not put it under the damp and fan to prevent bending deformation. The grinding wheel can not be stored for a long time. If the resin and rubber deteriorate for more than one year, it must be strictly inspected before use.
Other types, such as rubber and resin bond sheet grinding wheels, should be protected from deformation during storage.
